	1982	Founding		Together with his brother Rob Scheffers founded the ‘Atlantis Nursery’ in Honselersdijk on an area of 5000m². Crops: Bromelia and Aeschynanthus.

	1984	Independant		Rob Scheffers continues on his own.

	1989	New nursery – 10,000m²		A new nursery was built with an area of 10,000m². Crops: Bromelia and Medinilla.

	1992			Rob takes over his father’s company in Monster.
	1993	Start outdoor plants		On 800m² a start was made with growing outdoor plants. Emphasis on pruned forms such as the ‘Troetel’.

	2000	Start new nursery complex		A start was made on building a new nursery complex in Monster.
